2010 has been fruitful and kind to me.

I’ve seen and learned more about street photography than any years past.

I have become very stringent in selecting my photographs. And more so this year. I have a much better feel for what works for me, and what won’t.

That doesn’t mean I stopped exploring, but my efforts are much more deliberate now. More consciously, I try to take photographs worth printing and keeping in my small photo album, or mounting them on frames.

A camera would always be by my side, photographing anything that interests me. I regard straight street photography a tradition. A lifestyle. I am glad that I found and kept at it.

The best part is: one doesn’t even need to be a photographer to enjoy this lifestyle. And it certainly doesn’t make one a street photographer just by having a camera.
